The CPC is the highest level of recognition in our field. This is given to an experienced Personnel Consultant (at least 4+ years in the industry) who has been evaluated by our president and then takes a stiff National competency exam (combination of Law and Ethics).
Because we are members of the National Association of Personnel Services, as well as the Connecticut and Georgia Association of Personnel Services, we adhere to a stringent code of ethics.
